On Jan. 28th 2020, Can-Connect was selected by Alawwal Properties Corp. to conduct a viability study of its new mixed-use development on Garrison Road in the Town of Fort Erie, ON. The assignment includes providing conceptual development drawings, holding a pre-consultation meeting with the Town Planning staff and related agencies, and preparing a final viability study report.
