This program has two streams as the following:
Masters Graduate Stream
- The applicant must have graduated from a Master’s Program on a full time basis from an Ontario University
- Apply within 2 years of graduation
- Must reside in Ontario
- Must intend to reside and work in Ontario
- Demonstrate a high language proficiency ( minimum of IELTS 6 score in each of the 4 competencies (i.e. Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking)
- Must have a minimum level of savings
- Must have resided a minimum of 12 cumulative months in Ontario
- Must not be intending to pursue further academic studies
PhD Graduate Stream
- Must have completed all requirements for the degree from an Ontario University
- Apply within 2 years from the date the PhD was granted
- Must have legal status in Canada if living in Canada at the time of the application
- Must intend to reside and work in Ontario
- Must have a minimum level of savings
- Minimum language ability
