Immigration to Canada

Overview
An individual can immigrate to Canada under one of several programs. The current programs that our Law Firm is very pleased to help our clients are:

2. Provincial Nominee Program
3. Quebec Investor Program
4. Quebec Entrepreneur Program

• Expected Fee Rates

  With respect to Legal and government fees, it varies depending on the program. A client would be expecting to pay anywhere from $8,000 to $70,000 inclusive. However, the more accurate fees will be determined after a careful examination of each client’s file.

• Steps forward

  1. The interested client has to submit a detailed resume.
  2. A specialized immigration consultant will assess if the individual would qualify; if yes,
  3. Our law firm will:
     1. Work with the client to submit a profile which will be valid for 1 year. At the same time we apply on behalf of the client with the Canadian Job Bank.
     2. In case the client’s score points is at or above the latest draw limit, it is very likely to be selected and invited to submit a formal immigration application; if this was the case, then
     3. Our law firm will work with the client to officially submit his/her application package within 60 days.
     4. Follow-up the application procedure and keep the client updated.
     5. Act on behalf of the client until the decision is made.
