The Program Criteria
An individual can be qualified under this program if satisfies the following criteria:
* Must have a minimum net worth of $1,600,000 or more obtained from legal sources
* Invest $800,000 for 5 years interest free
* Have 2 years of recent managerial experience
* No language or age requirement
